My products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item:
- Arrives damaged or faulty.
- Is significantly different from its description.
- Is not of acceptable quality.
Change of Mind
Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Handmade Products
Every card, bookmark, and framed artwork piece is handmade by me. Small variations in colour, pattern, placement, or finish may occur and are part of the unique nature of handmade products.
These variations are not considered faults.
Reporting a Problem
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product.
