Processing Times

As each item is handmade, please allow:

• 2–5 business days for ready-made items.
• Additional time for custom or personalised orders (if offered).

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

• Perth Metro: 2–5 business days
• Regional WA: 3–10 business days
• Remote WA: 5–14 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or circumstances outside my control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

I will work with the delivery provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
